Your account

• You must be 25 or older, or older where your local law requires it.
• We allow one account per person, household, internet connection, email address or computer.

Bonuses

• Claim a promotion before you make the deposit it belongs to.
• Bonus money helps you play but is never paid out, and we deduct it when you cash out.
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that you must complete before a withdrawal.
• Bonuses of 200% or more cap your cashout at 10 times the deposit.
• You can ask our support team to remove a bonus as long as you have not placed a bet with it.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is 50 in pounds, euros, dollars or Australian dollars.
• Each deposit must be played through at least once before it can be withdrawn.
• Players in the UK, the US and Australia currently withdraw by Bitcoin only.
• A transfer fee of 10 to 40 in pounds, euros or dollars applies, depending on where you live.
• Approval can take up to 12 working days after verification is complete.

Verification

Before your first withdrawal we ask for photo ID, a recent utility bill, copies of any cards you deposited with and a signed card authorisation form. Documents still missing 30 days after a withdrawal request lead to that request being cancelled.

Fair play

Automated play, collusion, multiple accounts and bonus abuse are not allowed. If we find them, we may close the account and keep winnings gained that way.

Inactive accounts

If you do not log in or place a bet for 120 days, the balance on your account may be forfeited.
