Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling at our casino is entertainment, not a way to earn money. Winning is never guaranteed, so only play with money you can afford to lose and never with what you need for rent or daily bills.
Who can play
You must be 25 or older to play with us, or older where your local law sets a higher age. Our staff are trained to spot underage play and compulsive gambling and to act when they see it. If you know of a minor who has registered with us, tell us at [email protected].
Keeping children safe
- Never leave the casino open on a device a child can reach.
- Keep your password and login details private.
- Consider parental control software that blocks gambling sites.
- Talk to children about why gambling is not for them.
Setting a deposit limit
Ask our support team in writing and we will add daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits to your account. Before you choose the amounts, think about how often you play, how long your sessions last and how much you are prepared to lose.
Taking a break
You can ask us for a break of up to six weeks at any time. During that period we restrict access to your account and to any new account you try to open.
Closing your account
You can ask our support team to close your account completely. Through our self-exclusion programme we block the account shortly after your request reaches us. You can also ask us to remove you from our email list.
Warning signs
Ask yourself honestly whether any of these apply to you.
- You gamble to escape everyday problems.
- You skip work or study to play.
- You have lost interest in family, friends or hobbies.
- You spend money meant for bills, or hide how much you spend.
- You feel an urge to win back losses straight away.
If even one answer is yes, consider talking to someone.
